The team behind Hodgkinson's golden rise and the hunt for a world record

Olympic champions require specific abilities which enable them to achieve their victory at the Olympic games. The M11 Track Club in Manchester serves as a family unit which Keely Hodgkinson credits for her success as an 800m runner. The BBC shows that this global running team combines their intense training with their real bonds of friendship. Training at M11 is brutal. The outlet reports that athletes often push themselves until they are "dying" or feeling sick on the track. The team members find their coaches and specialists to be their main source of stress management assistance. The team brought in a physiologist who studied body functions to monitor their performance through smart rings which recorded blood lactate levels and recovery data. Coaches need this information to choose better training methods for their athletes. M11 operates without ego which forms its core operational base. The athletes Hodgkinson and Georgia Hunter Bell compete for identical medals but they view each other as family members. The two athletes compete for success but they help each other improve their speed through their training sessions. Young people should value this story because it demonstrates that success requires more than just personal abilities. The story shows how positive environments together with strong support systems help people achieve their targets when their tasks seem extremely difficult. The team members have chosen to work toward their main objective because they want to break the current 800m world record.
